How does PASSCO work with public buyers?
We work the way public buyers work. We are a registered seller on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), we prepare specification-compliant bids and Bills of Quantities, and we cost works against the CPWD Delhi Schedule of Rates. Our quotations are built to stand up to a tender committee's scrutiny, not only a price comparison.
