Buying from PASSCO through GeM and Tenders

Government buyers can purchase from PASSCO in three ways: GeM direct purchase for catalogue items, GeM bids including L1 and BOQ bids for larger requirements, and offline tenders or direct quotations. PASSCO checks every specification and supplies OEM authorisation, compliance declarations and datasheets with the offer.

Which buying routes are available?

GeM direct purchase
For catalogue items within the direct-purchase limit, ordered straight from PASSCO' GeM listing.
GeM bids
For larger or customised requirements, including L1 bids and BOQ bids, where PASSCO submits a compliant offer.
Tenders and quotations
For buyers procuring outside GeM, through open tenders, limited tenders or direct quotations.

How does a GeM purchase with PASSCO work?

  1. Share the requirement, or the GeM bid number if a bid is already published.
  2. PASSCO confirms specification compliance and OEM authorisation for each item.
  3. The order is placed on GeM, or the bid is submitted and evaluated.
  4. PASSCO delivers, installs where ordered, and hands over the documents.

What does PASSCO provide with a bid?

  • OEM authorisation where the bid requires it
  • Technical compliance statement against each specification clause
  • Make in India local-content declaration where applicable
  • Product datasheets
  • GST registration and ISO 9001:2015 certificate
