Who we are
PASSCO, 2nd Floor, 205 Rohit House, 3 Tolstoy Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, India, is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through www.passcotech.com, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
When you send the quotation form, we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number (if given), your requirement and any GeM bid number you enter. We do not ask for any other personal data.
The site does not use cookies or tracking.
Why we use it
We use form details only to reply to your request, prepare a quotation and follow up on that request. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions pass through our form-delivery provider to our email inbox. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data only to deliver those services.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting order, and for the period Indian tax and commercial law requires for business records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise these rights. Write to praveen@passcotech.com.
Grievances
